"' " c-.... .__ 1 RESOLUTION NO. 802 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DECLARING THE PREVAILING RATE PER DIEM WAGES FOR LABOR TO 3 BE USED IN THE SINKING OF DRILLED W.A.1'ER WELL FOR "THE CITY OF VERJlON, AS DESCRIBED IN SPECIFICATIONS NO. 94. 4 5 THE CITY COUNCIL DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Vernon does hereby find and declare that the prevailing rate per diem wages tor laborers, workmen and mechanics employed by contractors and sub-contractors for the doing of &ny.work in the City of Vernon as described in Specifications No. 94 is as tollows: 6 7 8 9 10 11 Class of Work Prevailing Rate - Time Rate for Overtime and Legal H01idays stralf1t T~e 12 13 Drillers Swampers 14 15 16 17 $6~OO 4.00 For any craft not iricluded in the list the 1Dinimum 'per diem wages shall be the general prevailing wages for the locality, and shall not be less than $5.00 per day.
