2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CI'l'Y COUNCIL OF THE CI'l'Y OF VERNON TRANSFERRING
FROM THE ElmRGENCY FUND TO THE WATER CONSTRUCTION FUND THE SUM OF
3 $26,015.58.
4 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE .AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: That the City Treasurer or the city or
6 Ve1'D.on be ~ and he hereby is, authorized and instructed to trans-
7 fer from the City's Emergency Fund to the Water Construction
8 Fund the sum of Twenty-six Thousand Fifteen and 58/100 ($26,015.58)
9 Dollars.

Section 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to
11 the passage of this resolution, and thereupon and thereafter
12 the same shall be in fUll force and effect.
