1 RESOLUTION NO. 805
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROV-
ING SPECIFICATIONS NO. 86a.

4 THE CITY COUNCIL DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
5 THAT WHEREAS, the Engineer has presented to the
6 City Council specifications for the fUrnishing of motor
7 driven lubricating oil centrifuge, and requested the City
8 Council to approve same;
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
10 Section 1: That the City Council of the City of
11 Vernon does hereby approve Specifications No. 86a, a copy of
12 which is hereto attached and made a part of this Resolution.

Section 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to
14 the passage of this Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter
15 the same shall be in full force and effect.
