RESOLUTION NO. 809
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROV-
ING THE EMPLOYMENT OF E. O. McMAHON IN THE ENGINEERING,
STREET AND WATER DEPARTMENTS, AS REQUESTED BY THE CITY EN-
GINEER.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has heretofore employed
E. O. McMahon in the Engineering, Street and Water Depart-
ments, at a salary of $225.00 per month, pro rated among
said departments, and has requested the City Council to
approve said employment; and
WHEREAS, the City is desirous of approving the ac-
tion of the City Engineer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1: That the action of the City Engineer
in employing E. O. McMahon in the Engineering, Street and
Water Departments, at a salary of $225.00 per month, be, and
the same hereby is, approved.
Section 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to
the passage of this Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.

Vernon, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No.
809 was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of
