3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
APPROVING Plans 422, 423, 424, 425, 426, 427, 428, C-l
4 AND C-i.

6 THE CITY COUNCIL DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOVlS:
7 THAT WHEREAS, the Water and Power Committee has
8 presented to the City Council p;;hansfor the dons~ruction
9 of a storm drain in the packing storm drain district, ap-
10 proved by said Committee, and requested the City Council
11 to approve same;
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

Section 1: That the City Council of the City of
14 Vernon does hereby approve Plans 422, 423, 424, 425, 426, 427,
15 428, C-l and C-~;
16
Section 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to
17 the passage of this Resolution, and thereupon and there-
18 after the same shall be in full force and effect.
