3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
TRANSFERRING FROM THE EMERGENCY FOND TO THE SEVERAL BOND
4 IN'fEREST AND REDEMPTION FUNDS, IN LIEU OF DELINQUENT TAXES,
THE SUM OF $12,990.99.

THE CITY COUNCIL DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS, there is now due and unpaid to the City
of Vernon the sum of $12,990.99'uncol1ected taxes due the

several bond interest and redemption funds; and

WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City to advance
said amount of money from the Emergency Fund and, upon the
collection of said taxes, to repay said fund;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1: That the City Treasurer shall transfer
from the Emergency Fund to the several bond interest and r e-
demption funds the sum of $12,990.99, to be distributed to
the several muds, as follows:
