RESOLUTION NO. 821
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROV-
ING SPECIFICATIONS NO. 95.
THE CITY COUNCIL DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
THAT WHEREAS, the Water and Power Committee has
presented to the City Council specirications for the fur-
nishing and delivering or DISTRIBUTION AND POWER TRANSFORM-
ERS, approved by said Committee, and requested the City
Council to approve same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1: That the City Counci~ of the City of
Vernon does hereby approve Specifications No. 95, a copy
or which is herebo attached and made a part or this Resolu-
tion;
Seetion 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to
the passage or this Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter
the same shall be in rull rorce and erfect.
