RESOLUTION NO. 822
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROV-
ING SPECIFICATIONS NO. 96.
THE CITY COUNCIL DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
THAT WHEREAS, the Water and Power Connnittee has
presented to the City Council specifications for the fur-
nishing and erection of a 42,500 barrel steel tank and
appurtenances, approved by saJd ~ommittee, and requested
the City Council to approve same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
I
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of
Vernon does hereby approved Specifications No. 96, a copy
of which is hereto attached and made a part of this Resolution.
Section 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.
Adopted and approved this 15th day of September,
1936.
