RESOLUTION NO. 824

A RESOI,UTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DE-
3 CLARING THE PREVAILING RATE PER DIEM \iVAGES FOR LP.BOR TO BE
USED IN THE ERECTION OF A DEEP WELL PUMP FOR THE CITY OF
4 VERNON.
5 THE CITY COUNCIL DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOVS:

Section 1: That the City Council of the City of
7 Vernon does hereby find and declare that the prevailing rate
8 per diem vmges far laborers, workmen and mechanics employed
9 by contractors and sub-contractors for the doing of any work
10 in the erection of a deep well pump for the City of Vernon
11 is as follows:

general prevailing wages for the locality,
and shall not be less than $4.00 per day.

Section 2: That the City Clerk of the City of
Vernon is directed to certifY to the passage of this Resolu-
tion, and thereupon tha same shall be in full force and effect.
