3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON FIXING
THE SALARY OF THE CHIEF ENGINEER OF THE C lIT'S POWER PLANT.

5 THE CIn- COmWIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: That the salary of T. M. McComb, Chief
7 Engineer of the City's power plant, from and after the first
8 day of November, 1936, and until the further order of the City
9 Council, shall be $400.00 per month.

Section 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to
11 the passage of this Resolution, and thereupon and. thereaf'ter
12 the same shall be in full force and effect.
