3 A RESatUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROV-
ING PLAN NO. 429 FOR THE WIDENING OF VERNON AVENUE BEn~
4 ALAMEDA STREET AND SANTA FE AVENUE.

6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS F0ELOWS:
7 THAT WHEREAS, the City Engineer, H. A. Tbalimer, has
8 presented to the City Council a plan designated as Plan No.
9 429 for the widening of Vernon Avenue between Alameda Street
10 and Santa Fe Avenue; and
11 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Vemon
12 desires to approve said plan;
13 BOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE~OLVED:
14 Section..1;: That Plan No. 429 for the widening of
15 Vernon Avenue between Alameda Street and Santa Fe Avenue, as
16 submitted by the City Engine~r to the Oitl Council, be, and
17 the same hereby i8, approved.

Section 2: That the City Clerk of the City ot
19 Vernon is direoted to certify' to the passage of this Resolu-
20 tion, and thereupon the same shall be in :fUll force and effeot.
