RESOLUTION NO. 830

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROV-
3 ING SPECIFICATIONS NO. 98
4 THE CITY COUNCIL DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOVlS:
5 THAT VVHEREAS, the Water and Power Committee
6 has presented to the City Council specifications for the fur-
7 nishing and erection of centrifugal pumps with electric motor
8 driving units and appurtenances, approved by said Committee,
9 and requested the City Council to approve same;
10 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:

Section 1: That the City Council of the
City of Vernon does hereby approve Specifications No. 98, a
copy of which is hereto attached and made a part of this

Resolution.

Section 2: That the City Clerk shall
certify to the passage of this Resolution, and thereupon and
thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
