2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROV..
ING SPECIFICATIONS NO. 100.

4 THE CITY COUNCIL D~ES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
5 THAT WHEREAS, the Water and Power Committee has pre-
6 santed to the City Council specifications for drilling of a
7 water well, approved by said Committee, and requested the
8 City Council to approve same;
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
10 Section 1: That the City Council of the City of
11 Vernon does hereby approve Specifications No. 100, a copy
12 of which is hereto attached and made a part of this Resolu-
13 tion.

Section 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to
15 the passage of this Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter
16 the same shall be in full force and effect.
