RESOLUTION NO. 835

3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS NO. 101 and PLANS NOS. 309 AND 432.

5 THE CITY COUNCIL DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS::
6 THAT WHEREAS, the Water and Power Committee has pre-
7 sented to the City Council plans and specifications for the
8 eon8t~ction of a pump house and appurtenances, approved by
9 said Committee, and requested the City Council to approve same;
10 NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
11 Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Vernon
12 does hereby approve Plans Nos. 309 and 432 and Specifications
13 No. 100, a copy of which is hereto attached and made a part of
14 this Resolution.

Section 2: That the City Clerk shall eertif'y to the
16 passage of this Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the

same shall be in full force and effect.
