A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DECLAR-
ING THE PREVAILING RA.TE PER DIEM WAGES FOR LABOR TO BE USED
IN TEE CONSTRUCTION OF A PUMP HOUSE AND APPURTENANCES FOR THE
CITY OF VERNON, AS D&SCRIBED IN SPECIFICATIONS NO. 101 AND ON
PLANS NOS. 309 AND 432.
TEE CITY COUNCIL DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLGNS:
Seotion 1: That the City Counoil of the City of Vernon
does hereby find and declare that the prevailing rate per diem
wages for laborers, workmen and mechanics anployed by con-
tractors and sub-contractors for the doing of any work in the
City of Vernon as described in Specifications No. 101 and on
Plans Nos. 309 and 432, is as follows:
