2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CI TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON TRANS-
FERRING FROM TEE GENERAL FUND' TO THE DOWNEY AVENUE STORM
3 DRAIN FUND THE SUM OF $23,102.00.

5 THE CITY COUNCILES OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section !: That the City Treasurer of the City of
7 Vernon be, and he hereby is, authorized and instructed to
8 transfer from the General Fund to the Downey Avenue Storm
9 Drain Fund the sum of Twenty-three Thousand One Hundred T'AO
10 ($23,102.00) Dollars.

Section 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to the
12 passage of this Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the
13 same shall be in full force and effect.
