A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON TRANS-
FERRING FROM THE WATER FUND TO THE WATER CONSTRUCTION FUND
THE SUM OF $21,000.00.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the City Treasurer of the City of
7 Vernon be, and he hereby is, authorized and instructed to
8 transfer from the Water Fund to the Water Construction Fund
9 the sum of Twenty-one Thousand ($21,000.00) Dollars.

Section 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to the
11 passage of this Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the
12 same shall be in full force and effect.
