1 RESOLUTION NO. 846
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DE-
CLARING THE PREVAILING RATE PER DIEM WAGES FCR LABOR TO BE
3 USED IN THE FURNISHING AND ERECTION OF CENTRIFUGAL PUMP
WITH ELECTRIC MOT OR DRIVING UNIT AND APPURTENANC ES, AS DE-
4 SCRIBED IN SPECIFICATI ONS NO. 102.
5 THE CITY COUNCIL DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: That the City Council of the City of
7 Vernon does hereby find and declare that the prevailing rate
8 per diem wages for laborers, workmen and mechanics employed
9 by contractors and sub-contractors for the doing of any work
10 in the City of Vemon as described in Specifications No. 102
11 is as follows:

the minimum per diem wages shall be the
general prevailing wages for the locality,
and shall not be less than $4.00 per day.
Section 2: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon
is directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution, and
thereupon the same shall be in full force and effect.
