3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON FIXING
THE COMPENSATION OF W. H. D'~ SELLEM AND S. R. BROWN.

5 TBE CI'lry COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOllS:

Section 1: That the compensation of W. H. De Sellem
7 for all work done by him for the City of Vernon be fixed at
8 $400.00 per month, cb~rgeable $300.00 per month to the Light &
9 Power Department, and $100.00 to the Water Department.

Section 2: That the compensation of S. R. BROVn1
11 for all work done by him for the City of Vernon be fixed at
12 $200.00 per month, chargeable $160.00 per month to the Light &
13 Power Department, and $40.00 to the Water Department.

Section 3: That the increase of salaries of the
15 said W. H. De Sellem and S. R. Brown shall be retroactive and
16 be figured from Janua17 1, 1937.

Section 4: That the City Clerk shall certify to the
18
passage of this Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the
19
same shall be in full force and effect.
