RESOLUTION NO. 851
.A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROV-
ING SPECIFICATIONS NO. 103.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLONS:
THAT VniEREAS, the Water and Power Co~ttee has
presented to the City Council specifications for painting
. -
25,000 barrel steel water tank, located at 3350 East Vernon
Avenue, approved by aaid Committee, and requested the City
Council to approve same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of
Vernon does hereby approve Specifications No. 103, a copy of
which is hereto attached and made a part of this Resolution.
Seotion 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to
the };)assage of this. Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.
