3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON TRANS-
FERRING FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED MONEY IN THE GENERAL FUND TO
4 THE WATER CONSTRUCTION FUND THE SUM OF $1400.00.

6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLCWS:

Section 1: That the City Treasurer of the City of
8 Vernon be, and he hereby is, authorized and instructed to
9 transfer from the unappropr1a ted money in the General Fund
10 to the Water Construction Fund the sum of Fourteen Hundred
. .
11 ($1400.00) Dollars.

Section 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to
13 the passage of this Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter
14 the same shall be in full force and e ffeet .
