3 A RESOEUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS NO. 104.

5 THE CITY COUNCIL DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
6 THAT WHEREAS, the Wa tar and Power Connnittee has
7 presented to the City Council specifications for the fur-
8 nishing of material and constructing a fence around the
9 grounds of Pumping Plant No. 2 of the City of Vernon, approved
10 by said Committee, and requested the City Council to approve
11 same;
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
13 iiction 1: That the City Council of the City
14 of Vernon does hereby approve Specifications No. 104, a copy
15 of which is hereto attached and made a part or this Resolution.

Section 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to
17 the passage or this Resolution, and thereupon and therearter
18 the same shall be in ru1l force and erfect.
