A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DE-
3 CLARING THE PREVAILING RATE PER DI~ WAGES FOR LABOR TO BE
USED IN THE FURNISHING OF MATERIAL AND CONSTRUCTING OF A
4 FENCE AROUND THE GROUNDS OF PUMPING PLANT NO. 2 OF THE CITY
OF VERNON, AS DESCRIBED IN SPECIFICATIONS NO. 104.

6 THE CITY COUNCIL DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: That the City Council of the City of
8 Vernon does hereby find and declare that the prevailing rate
9 per diem wages for laborers, workmen and mechanics employed
10 by contractors and sub-oontractors for the doing of any work
11 in the City of Vernon as described in Specifications No. 104
12 is as follows:

For any craft not included in the above list
the minimum per diem wages shall be the gen-
eral prevailing wages for'the locality, and

20 is directed to oertify to the passage of this Resolution, and
21 thereupon the same shall be in full
