2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS NO. 105.

THE CITY COUNCIL DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

THAT WHEREAS, the Water and Power Committee has
presented to the City Council specifications for the furnish-
ing and delivering of power switchboard and appurtenances,
approved by said Committee, and requested the City Council
to approve same;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of
Vernon does herevy approve Specifications No. 105, a copy of
which is hereto attached and made a part of this Resolution.
Section 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to
the passage of this Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.
