RESOLUTION NO. 867
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DE-
CLARING THE PREVAILING RATE PER DIE~ WAGES FOR LABOR TO BE
USED IN THE DRILLING OF A WATER vVELL AND THE DEVELOPING AND
TESTING THEREOF FOR THE CITY OF VERNON, AS DESCRIBED IN
SPECIFICATIONS NO. 106.
THE CITY COUNCIL DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of
Vernon does hereby find and declare that the prevailing'rate
per diem wages for laborers, workmen and mechanics employed
by contractors and sub-contractors for the doing of any work
in the City of Vernon as described in Specifications No. 106,
is as follows:

For any craft not included in the list the
minimum per diem wages shall be the general
prevailing wages for the locality, and shall
not be less than $5.00 per day.
Section 2: That the City Clerk of the City of
Vernon is directed to certify to the passage of this Resolu-
tion, and thereupon the same shall be in full force and effect.
