FERRING FROM TEE GENERAL FUND INTO THE VBRNON AVENUE Sfll0RM

5 THE CITY COmiCIL OF TIrE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: That the City Treasurer of the City of
7 Vernon be, and he hereby is, authorized and instructed to
8 transfer from the General Fund to the Vernon Avenue Storm
9 Drain Fund the sum of One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty ($1250.00)
10 Dollars.

Section 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to
12 the passage of this Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter
13 the same shall be in full force and effect.
