RESOLUTION NO. 870

3 A RESOL~rION REINSTATING CARL HEINZE AS CONSULTING ELECTRICAL
ENGINEER FOR THE CITY OF VERNON.

5 WHEREAS, The City of Vernon is desirous of reinstating
6 Carl Heinze as consulting engineer for the City of Vernon; and
7 \VHEREAS, the said Carl Heinze has agreed to accept
8 employment by said city;
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

Section 1: That Carl Heinze be, and he is hereby,
11 reinstated as consulting electrical engineer of the City of
12 Vernon, at a salary of $500.00 per month, payable from the
13 General Fund of the City.

Section 2: That said Carl Heinze shall serve as
15 such consulting electrical engineer at the pleasure of the
16 City Council, beginning June 1, 1937.

Section 3: That the City Clerk shall certify to
18 the passage of this Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter
19 the same shall be in full force and effect.
20 Adopted and approved this 1st day of June, 1937.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 870 was
duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Vernon, and
approved by the Mayor of said city, at a regular meeting
