3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON ACCEPT-
ING A CERTAIN DEED.

5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: That the deed heretofore submitted by
DoDdnic Meaglia and Katie Meaglia~ his wife, and Samuel Meaglia
and Domenica Meaglia, his wife, for that portion of the Rancho
San .,Antcmio, described as follows:
Beginning at a point Borth 10 West 1.82 chains from
the southeast corner of the 26.93 acre tract, de-
scribed in deed from Felipe Lugo to Antonio Maria
Lugo, recorded in Book 25, Page 459 of Deeds; thence
North 10 West, 4.53 chains; thence South 890 West 11 chains
to the westerly line of said 26.93 acre tract; thence
along said last mentioned l~e South 10 East 4.53
chains; thence North 890 East 11 chains to the point
of beginning.
EXCEPT any portion thereof, if any, lying within
the lines of Lot 10~ Tract No. 9734, as per map re-
corded in Book 160, Pages 5 and 6 of Maps, in the
office of the County Recorder.
ALSO EXCEPT any portion thereof lying within
the boundary lines of Tract No. 275~ as per map re-
mcorded in Book 14, Page 32 of Maps, in the office
of the County Recorder.
ALSO EXCEPT any portion thereof lying with~
the boundary lines of that parcel of land described
in the deed recorded in Book 3472, Page 240, Official
Records.
