3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS NO. 109.

5 THE CITY COUNCIL DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
6 THAT WHEREAS, the Water and Power Oommittee has pre-
7 sented to the City Council Specifications for the construction
8 of a pump house at the City's pumping plant No.2, 3350 East
9 Vernon Avenue, approved by said Committee, and requested the
10 Oity Council to approve same;
11 NOW, THEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

Section 1: That the City Council of the Oity of
13 Vernon does hereby approve Specifications No. 109, a copy of
14 which is hereto attached and made a part of this Resolution.
15
Section 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to
16 the passage of t his Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter
17 the same shall be in full force and effect.
