3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ,COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF VERNON
TRANSFERRING FROM THE WATER GENERAL FUND TO THE WATER CON-
4 STRUCTION FUND THE SUM OF $22,000.00.
5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: That the City Treasurer of the City of
7, Vernon be, and he hereby is, authorized and instructed to
8 transfer from the Water, General Fund to the Water Construction
9 Fund the sum of Twenty...,two '. Thousand ($22,000.00) Dollars.
Section 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to
11 the passage of this Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter
12 the same shall be in 1'ull force and effect.
