3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING
PRIOR ACTS OF THE WATER AND POWER CO~~~ITTEE.

5 THE CITY COUNCIL 0:8' THE CII'Y OF' VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
6 THAT WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Vernon did
7 inadvertently fail to approve some of the reports of the Water and
8 Power ComIlli ttee, and
9
WHEREAS it is the desire of the City Council to approve
10 all prior acts of the Water and Power Committee,
11
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: That all reports of the Water and Power Commit-
13 tee heretofore filed with the City Council be, and the same are here-
14 y accepted and approved.
15
Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
16 of this resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be
17 in full force and effect.
