THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: That from and after this 7th. day of
September, 1937, all applications for building permits shall be

presented to the Water & Power Committee for approval before
presentation to the City Council.
Sect.ion 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this resolution, and thereupon, and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
