3 A RESOLUTION OF Tim CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING
A PROPOSED RELAY PROTECTION TO BE INSTALLED BY THE SOUTHERN CALIF-
4 ORNIA EDISON COMPANY IN TEE CITY'S DIESEL GENERATING PLANT.

THE CITY COUNCIl, OF 'fEE CI'lY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS POLLOWS:

V:!HEREAS, the Southern California Edison Company has sub-
mitted to the City for its approval a map showing a proposed
relay protection to be installed by said Southern California Edison
10
Company at the Diesel Generating plant, and
11
WHEREAS, said map has been referred to Carl A. Heinze,
12
Consulting El@ctrical Engineer for his approval of same, and
VniEREAS, the said Carl A. Heinze did report to the City
Council his approval of said plan suggested by the said Southern
13

California Edison Company,
NOW TFlEREl"OHE, BE IT HESOLVED:
Section 1: That the plan for a proposed relay protection
to be installed at the diesel generating station of the City of

Vernon be, and the same is hereby approved.
Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this Resolution, and thereupon, and thereafter, the same shall be .
in full force and effect.
