3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING
A CERTAIN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE LOS ANGELES & SALT LAKE RAILROAD
4 COMPANY" a Corporation, and its Lessee, UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD
COMPANY, a Corporation, A1TD THE CI1TY OF VERNON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF' THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
an Agreement wherein the City- of Vernon is granted a. license by
said Company to construct and operate a storm drain, said Agree-
ment being dated the 28th day of September, 1937,
NOW, THEREFORE" BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Vernon

does hereby approve said Agreement, and instructs the Mayor of

the City of Vernon to execute the same in the name of the City
and the City Clerk of said City to attest the signature of said
Mayor.
Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
