A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COmTCIL OF THE CITY OF VERl'TON FIXING THE
3 SALARIES OF CERTAIN EMPLOYEES IN THE ENGIl\TEERING DEP AJ{TME1TT AND
STREET DEPARTMENT.

5 THE CJlITY COTJNCILOF THE CITY Ol" VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

See tion 1: Tha.t the salaI"'] of L. F. Morrison" Drafts-
7 man, be increased from ~165.00 to $175.00 per month; the salary of
8 David. Thomas, Field Engineer, from $170.00 to $180.00 per month.
9 This salary to include the use of his automobile. The sala.ry of
10 Joe Machado to be increased from $4.25 per day to $4.50 per day,
11 and the salary of Tony Franco to be increased from $4.00 to $4.25
12 per day.
13 Section 2: The sa.id increase in salaries to take effect
14 as of the beginning of the fiscal year, to-wit" JUly, 1937.
15 Section 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
16
of this resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be
17 in full force and effect.
