RESOLUTION No. 895.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS No. 108.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1HAT WlIEREAS, the Water and Power COnIDlittee has pre-
sented to the City Council specifications for drilling of a
water well, approved by said Committee, and requested the City
Council to approve same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Vernon
does hereby approve Specifications No. 108, a copy of which is
hereto attached and made a part of this Resolution.
Section 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
