3 A RESOLUTION OF TBE CITY COUNCIL OB' 'THE CITY OF VERNON, CALIF-
OHNIA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO TRANSFER FROM THE
4 WATER DEPARTMENT PUND TO THE i;VATER DEP ART1VIENT C ONSTRUCTI ON FUND
THE SUM OP $30,000.00.

6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: Tha.t the City Treasurer of the City of Vernon
8 be, and he is hereby, authorized and instructed to transfer from
9 the Water Department Fund to the Water Department Construction
10 Fund, the sum of $30,000.00, to provide for construction expend-
11 itures to the close of the current fiscal year.
12
Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
13 of this resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the same shall
14 be in full force and effect.
