3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON AUTHORIZ-
ING THE CITY ENGINEER# IN THE NAME OF THE CITY, TO EMPLOY SOME
4 REPUTABLE FIRM TO GAUGE THE SEWAGE EMPTYING INTO THE SEWER SYSTEM
OF THE CITY OF VERNON.

6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
7 Seotion 1: That the City Engineer be, and he is
8 hereby, instruoted to employ, in the name of the City, same
9 reputable firm to gauge the sewage emptying into the sewer system
10 in the City of Vernon.
11 Section 2: The City Engineer shall report to the
12 City the compensation required for the employment of said firm.
13
Section 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the
14 passage of this resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the same
15 shall be in full force and effect.
