I- '" j: .. ~~ 31 ~J: 1M' ... 1 RESOLUTION No. 907 2 3 A RESOLU'lION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON~ CALIF- ORNIA ~ AUTHORIZING AND INSTRUCTING 'lHE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK OF 4 'lHE CITY OF VERNON TO EXECUTE TWO EASEMENTS BETWEEN 'lHE LAS VEGAS LAND AND WA'lER COMPANY AND THE CITY OF VERNON. 5 6 7 'lHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: V WHEREAS~ the Las Vegas Land and Water Company has presented to the City of Vernon two easements, numbering C.L.D. No. ~ and C.L.D. No. 1979, and ....." 8 9 10 WHEREAS, said Agreement of Easements bas been ap- proved by the City Attorney as to form, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Vernon is desirous of accepting said easements for the construction, maintenance and operation of sewers across Lots 19, 20, 21 and ~22-A . ~!f~ NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: Section 1: That the Mayor of said City of Vernon and the City Clerk thereof be authorized, instructed and em- powered to sign~ for and in behalf of the City, said Agreement between the Las Vegas Land and Water Company and the City of Vernon, granting said easements to the City of Vernon.
