3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DECLAR-
ING THE PREVAILING RATE PER DIEM WAGES TO BE USED IN THE ERECTION
4 OF ONE DEEP WELL TURBINE PUMP WITH ELECTRIC MOTOR DRIVING UNIT
AND APPURTENANCES FOR THE CITY OF VERNON AS DESCRIBED IN SPECI-
5 FICATIONS NO. 115.
6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOL1ZE AS FOLLCNiS:

Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Vernon
does hereby find and declare tha~the prevailing rate per diem
wages for laborers, workmen and mechanics employed by contractors
and sub-contractors for the doing of any work for the City of
Vernon as described in Specifications No. 115, is as follows:

thereupon the same shall be in full force and effect.
Adopted and approved this 7th day of June, 1938.
