3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON AUTHORIZING
AND INSTRUCTING THE TREASURER OF THE CITY OF VERNON TO PLACE AT
4 THE DISPOSAL OF THE CITY ENGINEER THE SUM OF $500.00cFOR A SURVEY
AND STUDY OF THE SEWER SITUATION 'IN THE CITY OF VERNON.

6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOW'S:
7 THAT WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the Ci ty of Vernon
8 has requested that he be allowed $500.00 to make a study and
9 survey of the sewer situation within the City of Vernon, and
10 WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the City COuncil that a
11 further study of the sewer situation is necessary.
12 NOW ~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED:

Section 1: The City Treasurer of the City of Vernon
14 be, and he is hereby authorized and instru.cted to place at the
15 disposal of the City Engineer of said City, the sum of $500.00
16 to be used in surveying and studying the sewer situation in the
17 City of Vernon.
18 Section 2:, The City Clerk shall certify to the pass-
19 age of t};lis resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the same shall
20 be in full force and effect.
