RESOLUTION No. 914

3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON TRANS-
FERRING ALL MONIES NOW IN THE DOWNEY AVENUE STORM DRAIN FUND TO
4 THE EMERGENCY FUND.
5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
6 THAT WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore appropri-
7 ated certain monies for the completion of the storm drain on
8 Downey Avenue, and
9 WHEREAS, said work is now completed, and
10 WHEREAS, there is a balance in said fund in the a-
11 mount of $73.73 that will not be necessary for any use upon said
12 storm drain,
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
14 Section 1: That the sum of $73.73 now in the Downey
15 Avenue Storm Drain fund be transferred to the emergency fund.
16 Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
17 of this resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the same shall
18 be in fUll force and effect.

27 do here by certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 914 was duly
28 adopted by the Chty Council of the City of Vernon, and approved
29 by the Mayor of said City at a regular meeting thereof held on
30 the 21st day of June, 1938.
