A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DECLARING
THE PREVAILING RATE PER DIEM WAGES FOR LABOR TO BE USED IN THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A SANITARY SEWER, COMPLETE, IN RIGHTS-OF-WAY
SECURED FOR THE CITY VERNON, AS DESCRIBED IN SPECIFICATIONS No.llO.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Vernon

8 does hereby find and declare that the prevailing rate per diem
9 wages for laborers, workmen and mechanics employed by contractors
10 and sub-contractors for the doing of any work in the City of
11 Vernon as described in Specifications No. 110, is as follows:

Section 2: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is
directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution, and there-
upon the same shall be in full force and effect.
