RESOLUTION NO. 922
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON, CALIF-
ORNIA, AUTHORIZING AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY TREASURER OF SAID
CITY TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM THE WATER DEPARTl1ENT GENERAL FUND.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the City Treasurer of the City of
Vernon is hereby authorized, instructed and empowered to open
a b~nk account with the First National Bank of Vernon, Calif-
ornia, to be known and designated as CITY OF VERNON WATER DE-
PARTMENT CONSTRUCTION FUNDu.
Section 2: There shall be transferred by the
City Treasurer the sum of $10,000.00 from the Water Department
General Fund to the Water Department Construction Fund, and
same shall be deposited as stated in Section 1 hereof.
Section 5: That the City Clerk shall certify to
the passage of this, resolution, and thereupon and thereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.

do hereby cert~fy tpat the foregoing Resolution No. 922 was
duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Vernon, and
approved by the Mayor of said City at a regular meeting thereof
held on the 2nd. day of August, 1938.
