3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON, CALIF-
ORNIA SETTING ASIDE CERTAIN MONIES FOR FINANCING THE IMPROVEMENT ,
4 OF THE LEONIS BOULEVARD STORl'JI DRAIN SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF VERNON.

6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: That the sum of $28,000.00, now in the
City of Vernon General Fund, shall be set aside in said Fund for
the purpose of financing the improvement of the Leonis Boulevard
Storm Drain System of the City of Vernon, and to be used in
connection with the Applicatioh for a grant from the United

States Government, acting through the Federal Emergency Adminis-
tration of Public Works.
Section 2: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon
13

15 shall certify to the passage of this resolution, and thereupon
16 and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
