3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON, CALIF-
ORNIA, TRANSFERRING TO THE LIGHT & POWER BOND FUND THE SUM OF
4 $3'7,366.32.
5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
6 WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of the
7 City of Vernon to have transferred from the Light & Power Fund
8 to the Light & Power Bond Fund the sum of $3'7,366.32,
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

Section 1: That the City Treasurer shall transfer
11 from the Light & Power Fund to the Light & Power Bond Fund the
12 sum of $3'7,366.32.

Section 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to
14 the passage of this Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter
15 the same shall be in full force and effect.
