5 THE CITY COUNCIL 01" THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: That Resolution No. 921 be, and the
7 same is, hereby rescinded.

Section 2: That the City Clerk of the City of
9 Vernon shall certify to the passage of this resolution, and
10 thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force and
11 effect.
