RESOLUTION NO. 937

3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON ~ CALIF-
ORNIA, AUTHORIZING AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY TREASURER OF SAID
4 CITY TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM TEE CITY OF VERNON EMERGENCY FUND
TO TEE CITY OF VERNON GENERAL FUND.

6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
7 Section 1: That there shall be transferred by the City
8 Treasurer the sum of Eight Thousand and Six Dollars ($B~006.00)
9 from the City of Vernon Emergency Fund to the City of Vernon
10 General Fund.
11 Section 2: That the said sum of Eight Thousand and Six
12 Dollars ($8~006.00) shall be used in connection with an Appli-
13 cation for funds from the Federal Government to be used on the
14 37th Street Improv~ent.
15 Section 3: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
16 certify to the passage of this resolution, and thereupon and
17 thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
