3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON, CALIF-
ORNIA, SETTING ASIDE CERTAIN MONIES FOR FINANCING TEE I14PROVEMENT
4 OF 37th STREET IN THE CITY OF VERNON.
5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
6 Section 1: That the sum of Eight Thousand and Six Dollars
7 ($8,006.00), now in the City of Vernon General Fund, shall be
8 set aside in said fund for the purpose of financing 37th Street
9 improvement of the City of Vernon, and shall be used in con-
10 nection with the Application for a Grant from the United states
11 Government, acting through the Federal Emergency Administration
12 of Public Works.
13 Section 2: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
14 certify to the passage of this Resolution, and thereupon and
15 thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
