RESOLUTION NO. 939

3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON GRANTING
LEAVE OF ABSENCE TO COUNCILMAN RICHARD LEVY FROM HIS DUTIES. FOR
4 A PERIOD .NOT TO EXCEED NINETY DAYS FROM DATE.
5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
6 THAT WHEREAS , Councilman Richard Levy, at the present
7 time is~il1, and it :may be necessary tor said Councilman to
8 leave the City for a short period of time, and
9 WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to
10 grant pe:rmission to said Councilman Levy to leave the City for
11 a periodnot.to exceed ninety days in case of necessity,
12 NOW" THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLvED:
13 Section J.,! That Councilman Richard Levy is hereby
14 granted permission to leave the City of Vernon for a periOd not
15 to exceed ninety days.
16 Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
17 of this resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the same shall'
18 be in full force and effect.
